Panel junction box with integrated bypass diodes, UV-resistant polycarbonate casing, MC4-compatible terminals. Available as single-panel type (IP68, 3 bypass diodes, up to 20A) and multi-string combiner type (IP67, 2–8 strings, up to 15A per string). Rated up to 1500V DC.

Solar-grade RCCB detecting Type-A and Type-B (DC-pulsed) earth faults as required by solar inverter standards. BIS / IS 12640 certified. 25A–100A, 30mA/100mA/300mA sensitivity, 2P and 4P options. Immune to nuisance tripping from solar inverter harmonics.

Main isolator for commercial solar AC panels. Adjustable thermal-magnetic or electronic trip unit, 3P/4P, 63A–800A. Suitable for both AC and DC-rated solar applications up to 1000V DC. Motor operator and remote tripping options available. BIS IS 60947-2 certified. Widely specified in Indian EPC solar projects.

ESE (Early Streamer Emission) lightning arrester — NFC 17-102 / IEC 62305 compliant. Provides 60–107m protection radius for large solar arrays. Paired with 50mm² bare copper down conductor (IS 3043), supplied with SS clamps for solar structure mounting.

CCS (Copper Clad Steel) earthing electrode — 99.9% pure copper cladding on high-tensile steel core. Available in 1.2m, 2m, 3m lengths, 14.2–17.2mm diameter. IS 3043 compliant. Used as main solar plant earth electrode.

Hot-dip galvanised GI and pure copper earthing strips for connecting earth electrode to solar structure and equipment. Available in 25×3mm, 25×6mm, 50×6mm sizes. IS 3043 compliant, supplied per metre or in coils.

Bentonite-based earthing compound and low-resistivity earthing powder. Reduces soil resistivity to below 1Ω even in rocky/dry terrain. Non-corrosive, long-lasting, IS 3043 approved. Supplied in 25kg bags — widely used in solar EPC earthing pits.

Main copper conductor (MCP) for solar structure bonding and equipotential earthing. CCS tape 20×3mm and 30×3mm for interconnecting all solar panel frames, racking and inverters to a common earth bus. IS 3043 compliant.

TÜV/IEC 62930 certified solar PV DC cable. UV-resistant XLPE insulation, rated 1500V DC, -40°C to +90°C operating range. Available in 4mm², 6mm², 10mm² in red/black, 100m/500m coils.

XLPE/SWA/PVC armoured power cable for AC output from inverter to main panel. 6–95mm², 1.1kV grade, IS 7098 certified. Suitable for direct burial in solar plant cable trenches. Available in 3.5C and 4C configurations.

Flame Retardant (FR/FRLS) PVC house wire for indoor solar wiring — connecting inverter to distribution board. 1.5–10mm², IS 694 certified, available in 90m coils. Best-selling indoor wire brand in India for residential solar installations.

Smart single-phase bidirectional energy meter — DISCOM approved for PM Surya Ghar net metering. Measures import and export energy separately, tamper-proof, DLMS/COSEM protocol, GPRS/RS485 communication. IS 16444 certified.

3-phase bidirectional net meter for commercial and industrial solar net metering. TOD billing, reactive energy measurement, optical port + GPRS, IS 16444-2 certified. Approved by Maharashtra, Gujarat and UP DISCOMs including MSEDCL and CSPDCL.
